Low Fat Heavy Cream


  • 2/3 cup Low-Fat Milk
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 TBSP Flour {can sub cornstarch or arrowroot powder}


  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium-high heat or in a mixing bowl in the microwave.
  • Combine the low-fat milk, melted butter, and flour in a medium-sized mixing bowl or a blender.
    *Use a mixing bowl if you plan to use a whisk in the next step. If you do not want to use a whisk (because it will take for-ev-er), then add it to a blender.
  • Whisk or blend the mixture until it reaches the consistency that you want. This can take a little while and I highly recommend the use of a blender instead of a whisk.
