Set your oven to preheat at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Separate the yolks and the egg whites; place them in two different medium-sized bowls. It would be good if you put the whites in a stainless steel bowl.
Now, pour the maple syrup in the bowl with the egg yolks.
Start whisking; continue until the syrup gets distributed evenly.
Next, start beating the egg whites. Keep beating until soft peaks are formed. If you want, you can continue beating until you start getting hard peaks. The harder will be the peaks, the fluffier your soufflé will be; it’s completely up to you how fluffy you want the soufflé to be.
Pour maple syrup mix into the whipped egg whites.
Mix well and divide the mixture into eight ramekins.
Arrange the ramekins on the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Reduce the temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set the time to 10 minutes or until the souffles are puffed.
