Pizza Dough


  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Self rising flour
  • Extra flour to dust your rolling surface


  • Take a large bowl and combine the yogurt and flour in it.
  • Knead the two ingredients well to form a ball.
  • Flour a board and turn the dough onto it.
  • Knead for another five to eight minutes to make the dough softer.
  • Once done, divide the dough into equal parts and roll each part to create pizza bases.
  • Add toppings of your choice and bake. You can also bake them without adding toppings and store for future use.
