Marshmallow Creme


  • 2 1/2 cups Marshmallows
  • 1 TBSP Corn Syrup


  • Place the marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl and pour the corn syrup over them.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then stir.
  • If it is still thick and gloppy just microwave it for 30 seconds more and then stir again.


Makes about 7 oz.
