- Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Storing Elderberry Syrup
Store your elderberry syrup in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
Dosing Elderberry Syrup
Adults:
- 2 tsp/day as an illness preventative
- 2 TBSP every 2-3 hours when you feel a sickness coming on
Children:
- 2 tsp/day as an illness preventative
- 3 tsp every 2-3 hours when they feel a sickness coming on
