Storing Elderberry Syrup

Store your elderberry syrup in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.

Dosing Elderberry Syrup


  • 2 tsp/day as an illness preventative
  • 2 TBSP every 2-3 hours when you feel a sickness coming on
